Return Policy

At Gaia's Gifts, I strive to ensure that every piece of jewelry you purchase is perfect. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, I offer a return policy to make things right.

Returns and Exchanges:

• I accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Custom orders and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return:

1. Contact me at info@gaiasjewelry.com to initiate the return process.
2. Follow the instructions provided to ship the item back to me.
3. Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me first to ensure the desired item is in stock.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and I will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 7 days of receipt.
• I will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you within 7 days of receiving damaged or defective item.
